Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately via our contact page if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and help resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom-made or personalised products, and personal-care items. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, use our contact page.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-day withdrawal right
Without prejudice to the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will let you know when we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please use our contact page.
