These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mishimondo online store and the purchase of products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Store identity

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit or cancel quantities if needed (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors).

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout, in the currency displayed, including applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Shopify and our payment providers.

Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email and/or begin fulfilment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, stock issues or payment problems) and will inform you via our contact page or email associated with the order when that happens.

Intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping in a way that harms the service, or fraudulent activity).

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including consumer rights in the EU/EEA). To the fullest extent permitted, Mishimondo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products beyond what the law requires.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumer distance sales in the European Union / country of delivery, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
