This Shipping Policy explains how Mishimondo ships orders placed on our online store.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–8 business days within the European Union. These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to carriers or events outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs €9.99 per order. Delivery is free on orders of €50 or more.

We currently ship within the European Union (United Kingdom is not available). The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when the carrier provides them.

Customs, duties and taxes

For shipments outside the EU (or where applicable), customs duties, taxes or import fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Failed delivery / returns to sender

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal, we may contact you via our contact page to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund minus outbound shipping costs, where applicable.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please use our contact page as soon as possible with your order number and photos if relevant, so we can help with the carrier claim and a solution.
